These guys are awesome! One of the springs on my garage door broke, and they came by super fast and took care of it. In fact they mistakenly changed both springs, and when I noticed on my bill they immediately credited my account for the second spring. No questions asked. Fantastic company that I would recommend to anyone!

On Jan. 11, 2016 I received a quote to repair my garage door opener by changing out the motor and mechanism. I was told your company was busy and you couldn't get to me till the end of the week. On Jan. 13, 2016 i inquired again about a possible date for the repair and I was told your company was still running behind schedule.

On Jan. 15, 2016 I called to reschedule the repair for a later date and was told I wasn't in the system nor was there a ticket for me. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told he was across the street and he would call me when he came in.

Today is Jan. 21, 2016 and i haven't heard from your company yet.

I can well rate the Overhead Door company very low since customer satisfaction means nothing

to you.

I do rate you with a ONE for answering the phone in a timely manner.
