Quite possibly the best message I've ever had! I got in a wreck a few years ago and a message a week helps a lot with my pain ! The staff is very accommodating and the owners Monica and Kaye are more than helpful! This place is so relaxing I feel asleep a couple of times

BOTCHED BOTOX - Kay at Lux spa did my Botox and for the first time in over 3 years of getting Botox every 4 months, my eyebrows are crooked! I understand mistakes can be made. I called and I asked if she could look at it and fix it. When I got there she rudely said she would not fix it because I asked if it could make it worse (a reasonable concern). It is one thing to make a mistake. Though it had never happened to me before, I was open to just asking if she could fix it. But the rudeness and unprofessional attitude displayed and refusal to fix the problem is why I'm writing this review. Don't go to Lux Spa for Botox.

ordered couples deep tissue massage w/hot stones. got the hot stones, but swedish massage. between the clanging of the tongs into the crock pot to get the stones, the rolling of the stools on the floor, hearing the massause walking on the floor, hearing the phone ringing at the front desk, hearing people walking in the hall there was not a drop of relaxation. also explained that we had ordered deep tissue w/hot stones, which we did not received deep tissue. she said that you can not have deep tissue massage w/the hot stones. attempted to explain that no one told me that when we made appointment.

when i called to speak w/the manager monica, all she had to say was "well i all i can do is apoligize.' when asked if we could get some type of return of the money we paid. she quite roudly said no and hung up on me.

i would not recommend business for anything.

they are no wheres near a "spa"
