Beware!!!! They change their r...

Beware!!!! They change their rates with short notice and then if your bank happens to revert back to the previous rate by mistake, you will be charged an excessive late fee. My bank did this and by the time I was notified of the error and sent in the $8.00 that I still owed for the month, they tacked on a $15.00 late fee. I told them that this was insane and just received a bill for $40.00 late fee and a threat that they would sell all of my property if I didn't pay them immediately by certified money order or cashiers check. All of this for a mistake by my bank of $8.00 for the month of April. I have had my things in storage for just under a year and had always paid on time and even paid in advance initially while I was in the process of moving out of state. I would not recommend them and am moving my belongings out this weekend.
