This is the worst water company i have ever had to use. I live an hour away and I am trying to sell this house, so I need water on occasion, but mostly never, I asked them to send the bills to my address where i live and they didn't the 1st time, so I started wondering where my bill was and they told me it was past due, i asked to pay it over the phone since i live an hour away, of course there is no other option other than cash in hand or check, so they charged me 50 late fee...if they won't offer any other forms of immediate payment then they shouldn't be allowed to charge late fees, I could even see charging a payment processing fee since credit card companies charge a percentage, but not 50$$ especially if you are trying to pay them!!! I hope i sell this house soon so i never have to deal with them again.

I chose a one star rating for this business because there was no option for less. This is the absolute most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The ONLY person in the office is completely rude, billing is OFTEN late then they have the audacity to charge a late penalty for monies they receive but haven't posted. I have had PROOF from my banking institution that bills were paid and they STILL charged a penalty because the woman in the office "didn't check the mail" the day it was received. Many people in our neighborhood have had late fees charged or even water turned off then forced to pay to have it turned back on because they either haven't received bills or their payment wasn't applied correctly. When I asked the woman in the office who to complain to she said her. So it seems ONE person controls everyone's water in this facility's area. I have no idea who to complain to about this. My only suggestion is IF YOU HAVE A WATER WELL, KEEP IT!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will FORCE you to pay late fees and there is no recourse.

I want to express my appreciation and the service of George Judice, Jr. Top drawer guy. Ya'll are lucky to have him! He was a world of help and very timely.
