Horrible customer service and horrible owner! Our home flooded on Aug. 12, 2016. I tried calling numerous times after Sept. 1 when we decided to purchase another home to see about transferring our service to the new home. I told her please bc this is my second time . Fast forward to today Oct. 20. 2016, I tell my husband as he came home for lunch and saw Vivint security here installing our new alarm system and he said what happened with Kingdom Alarms, I said they won't return my call to do anything. He got the number called and left a message saying he wanted to cancel. Within an hour the owner called him and said we couldn't cancel bc our contract was through Aug.'17. I grabbed the phone and said Oh now you decide to call when we have Vivint here installing. I stressed how hard it was to get him to call us and he said what does it matter you have a contract that you signed bottom line. EXTREMELY RUDE. I said are you serious. I have tried to call you, I have tried to see what to do. And he said it doesn't matter if you've tried since "May" (which he said that being sarcastic, bc I hadn't even been trying to call since then) And I said well when we end up in court, I will show proof of the calls made out to Kingdom alarms and he laughed it off and said no need for court when I have a contract signed by you and he started yelling is your social security # xxx-xx-xxxx??? and your husbands xxx-xx-xxxx???? I was like oh my gosh, well do what you have to do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY, based out of Lake Charles and laf. HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING. I have a few businesses here and I could never imagine treating people the way I was treated today. It would be different if I was just calling to cancel. I have tried contacting him for almost 2 months to transfer our services with zero luck!! Clearly he could care less about the safety of your loved ones or home. I can't believe he is the owner of anything! The number he called us today from was 337-288-1915

I ABSOLUTELY REALLY REALLY APPRECIATED KINGDOM ALARMS IN LAFAYETTE.

I HAVE USED THEM SINCE I MOVED IN MY HOUSE OVER 6 YRS AGO.



UNLIKE OTHER ALARM COMPANIES, KINGDOM ALARMS DEDICATES THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST IN THEIR BUSINESS. THEIR LOCALIZED CARE IS SECOND TO NONE.



AND BECAUSE OF THE FANTASTIC SILENT ALARM ASSOCIATED WITH THE ALARM SYSTEM, A WOULD BE BURGULAR'S PLAN WAS THWARTED.



1 EXAMPLE I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE:

A TRESPASSER 1ST BROKE MY BACK WINDOW. HE LEFT FOR A MINUTE & RETURNED. CASING OUT THE SITUATION NO DOUBT.



BUT UNKNOWN TO HIM THE COPS HAD BEEN ALERTED BY THAT WINDOW BREAK WHICH SET OFF A SILENT ALARM. AND WERE ON THEIR WAY. THEY CAUGHT THE CULPRIT.



I KNOW PEOPLE WITH OTHER SYSTEMS. THAT HAVE TO WAIT FOR DAYS IF A PROBLEM ARISES WITH THEIR SYSTEM. BUT WHENEVER I HAVE A PROBLEM IT HAS BEEN QUICKLY TAKEN CARE OF WITH PROFESSIONALISM & KNOWLEDGE.



THAT IS WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT USING LOCAL BUSINESSES, LIKE KINGDOM ALARMS. WHO HAS NEVER FAILED TO BE #1 IN MY BOOK WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK & CHARACTER.
