I was having an issue in my new construction home with mice. I called my regular pest control company and was told I would have to wait until the end of the week. As I was ready to move out of my new home, I called J & J and they came out the same day, plugged up all the holes in my brick mortar



I have had other issues come up and their customer service is far above what is called for!

Don't bother contacting them. Apparently, they don't need business. I"ve been strung along for a week and a half and can't get the courtesy of a call back. Every time I've called them, they've promised a quote the next day, but failed to deliver, and now they've quit answering and returning calls. Save yourself some aggrivation. Call somebody else.
