Appt time 9:40 Oct 28, 2013; arrived @ 9:30 Oct 28, 2013; finished with chart update... which nothing changed... and pictures at 10:06; was sent to waiting room where I watched another client reschedule and leave at 11:11, he had been there since 8:40; I was taken to the exam room at 11:18; I sat in the exam room with no shirt and a thin paper sheet until 12:18! Did I see Dr Henderson? Was he in another exam room? Was I given a reason for a 2 HOUR wait? NO! If more people who work as I do and for us time is money would walk out we WOULDN'T get treated so inconsiderately by office managers and Dr.s who have no respect for a patient who earns an income to pay for any medical service. Nobody should wait for 2 HOURS to see a physician under any circumstance at the maximum we should be seen within one hour! Believe me when I tell you there is no excuse for waiting for that amount of time. The problem is time management of appointments and more than likely an office manager who is NOT doing their job which is taking care of the office business which includes how scheduling of appointments is handled.
