I brought my chevy Silverado there to have speakers..subwoofers and amps installed...they did a poor job on the install..I wasn't impressed with there professionalism...I brought my chevy to best buy and they corrected the mistakes...

Just bought a Nissan Titan XD and accessories are hard to find! Went to Faulk's and Clint found me a bed cover! Had it delivered the next day!! Awesome service!!

Poor customer service, asked for weathertech floor liners. They didn't have in stock and were going to order from weathertech.com. Asked if they would give any discount and refused. Went online and found for 10% off first hit, called service auto air and they not only matched online discount but had in stock. Guess Faulks is doing so well they don't negotiate price
