I visited this location for an eye appointment for my 15 year old son. During the visit the optometrist asked if I was interested in purchasing contacts. I told her if my son was able to insert the contacts I didn’t mind purchasing out of pocket. He didn’t successfully insert the contacts and only received glasses. However, two months later I received a bill for $25 indicating I was being charged for insertion and removal of contacts. I called in to dispute this because I did not sign anything stating I was responsible for this payment. The receptionist didn’t give any valid reason why I was being charged. I will pay this bill but I wouldn’t recommend Eyewear Express due to poor business practices.

I had some lenses to fit my existing glasses made here. The service was quick and the attention to detail was excellent! The price was competitive and I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

I have always had great experience with this business. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable . I had such a great time with them. I even brought a fruit tray to thank them . If you go in with a good attitude service is always better. Thanks

I wear glasses i wanted to switch up and wear contact the doctor had me so upset she ask me how im doing with the exam she doing to fit my contact when i said i still couldn't see with the contact i received she was very upset told me come back we'll try on another name brand i did what she said still no improvement she tells me buy you some cheaters glasses and wear with your contact i told her thats what i expected i was really trying to get out glasses she said well you have to make up your mind i taught she was rude didnt care if the contacts was comfortable just wanted me to hurry up i felt

I've been going there for years and I have always had the best service. There were a few problems with my frames but It was always taken care of promptly and courteously

The staff was friendly and I got my glasses in only 45 minutes. Great, right?



Well, my biggest issue was the advertised prices not matching up with the real prices.



There is NO WAY to get your glasses at the (unbelievably) low prices, as stated in their ads.



I tried my best and, got ONE pair of single vision glasses for $137 plus the eye exam (which was $40). Total....$177.00; a far cry from what was advertised on the TV but pretty cheap nonetheless.



I would have given a MUCH better review had the range of prices been more accurately shown in the TV ads.



Keep in mind, the optometrist's office and the store are two, different entities. The optometrist was professional and quick, as was his staff, they all get an "A+"



In summary, the ONLY thing that turned me off from Eyewear Express was the disparity between advertised prices and actual prices.
