Horrible customer service and management. As soon as I open the door and went to the bathroom I noticed mold on the ceiling, and there are cobwebs within the lamps. Never ever coming here again. Just a horrible experience overall.

Stay was great. Well looked after. A place where they call you sir and mean it. very clean. Will be back in Feb Mardi Gras. Great management and staff

Hotel was convenient to where I had business. It was close to the highway, it was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I have business in town. I needed a good place to sleep and Days Inn is always clean and comfortable

I've stayed at this family owned motel several times. It is a convenient hub for tourist attractions, well managed, clean, and safe. The complementary breakfast adds to the value. The manager and his front desk staff are helpful and responsive. I visit so often that the manager found a place to store the camp chair I take to outdoor dances, gives it back to me every time I visit. That's Louisiana hospitality plus!

The staff at this Days Inn go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. From the cleaning, maintenance, and Front Desk Staff, you could not ask for a more caring team of individuals. The room looks like it has recently been updated with new carpet, tile, and counter tops. When you enter your room you will find a Fridge, Microwave, and coffee pot which are great pluses and the King Size Bed is very comfortable.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becausenice sized clean rooms. front desk staff iis very nice and goes above and beyond to help you and meet your needs. mr. Patel was extremely helpful. loved the continental breakfast. several items to chooose from. will definitely stay here again .

I was visiting family members. This was my first stay in Lafayette. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.

very convenient place for me. had to go for the Water Survival Training. very nice hotel and very nicely managed. very friendly people

I arrived and checked in. They ran my credit card and gave me a room key. I went to the room and the key did not work. I had to carry my luggage back down stairs and get the key program again. I went back upstairs and try the key again. It did not work. I went back down stairs and was given another room. I went to the room and found that the A/C did not work. At this point all kinds of red flags are going off. So I requested a refund so I can go to another hotel. The girl at the front desk refused to refund my money and told me I check in and I have to stay. The manager "Kevin Patel also refused to give me back my money. At this point I was so tired, I need sleep. I contact my company and told them not to ever book at Days Inn in Lafayette again. We come hundreds of my companies employees come here multiple times a year to get training. It really disparate for a hotel to force you to stay when you express you do not want to. I will make sure that my company never books another room here again.
