I bought a used whirlpool washer & dryer from here back in 2006. The dryer lasted at least 5 years and the washer worked fine until yesterday. Over 10 years for a used washing machine is not too shabby.

I purchased a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator about eight months ago from this company or so, and this weekend while out of town it stopped working. Yes, there was a three month warranty but, I am disappointed that I spent $800. That averages out to about $100 a month. I could have purchased a new one for that price!

My fault, for being so trusting. Buyers, beware!

I bought a washer and dryer. They were very clean and works better than most new ones. They are great people to do business with. I highly recommend Chuck's Used Appliances. I haven't had any issue's but if I do I know Chuck will stand behind it.

Rude and arrogant to say the least. Told if I buy something for a few hundred dollars basically I got my money worth if it breaks 4 or so months later. Completely rude!!! Will never do business again.

Will never do business with this smart a$$ ever. Went there today looking for washing machine hoses. Was looking for used to save some money. As soon as I walked in and told him I needed washing machine hoses he told me" You can't come in here and expect to walk out with a washer, these have all been reserved or spoken for, even the ones dropped off last night". I told him I was not looking for a washer, I had one. had to say it twice. I needed hoses, he walked in back grabbed 2 hoses and came back with them, I said cool, How Much? He told me $20, $10 for each. I replied to him, No Thanks, I can go to Lowes and get them cheaper than that. Which I did. They were $9.96 plus tax. and were color coded. Guess he thought he had a STUPID WOMAN and could SCREW HER OVER. Think twice about doing business with this jerk. He doesn't even rate a star with me but I guess I have to give at least 1.

I bought a refridgerator 5 months ago from Chuck. Six weeks later it wasn't cooling enough, so I called Chuck. He came right over and fixed the problem. My pretty fridge has been running smothly ever since. I love the service and I have recommended them to many.

this place is AWESOME we got a refrigerator for cheap plus he's going to deliver it and install it for only another $30 and even with it being a used refrigerator he still gave us a 6 month warranty on it if it breaks in any way he'll fix it for free

I've purchased two used refrigerators since I've moved to Lafayette. I got the first one at a place on Hwy 90 and it lasted two months and just stopped working. There was no warranty and I was basically just out of luck. I ended up replacing it with a new refrigerator. About a year later, I wanted a refrigerator for another property and a friend suggested I go to Chuck's Used Appliance Center. I'm very glad I did. Not only was the refrigerator completely dismantled and cleaned (honestly, like new), when I had a problem with it two months later (it was too cold in the crisper drawer), Chuck came out and made the proper internal adjustments without a problem.



I absolutely and strongly recommend Chuck's. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Not only are their appliances reconditioned and spotless, they back them up with dependable and reliable service. They are terrific.
