Provided by YPmobileTheir bread is perfectly made, and they use shredded roast for their roast beef poboy instead of deli meat. My favorite place to eat in Lafayette and definitely the best poboy in to. I also really like that they use shredded cabbage
instead of lettuce, lettuce tends to wilt faster on the hot meat.
