DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ! ! ! ! Rudest staff and Manager ever. Purchased top of the line car battery from them two years ago (battery has 5 year warranty and cost me $270+). After driving back from New Orleans to Lafayette last week- next morning battery dead. Took car in expecting to get a new one - NOPE - AS LONG AS THE BATTERY WILL TAKE A CHARGE THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT. So here I am a 65 year old woman with a two year old grandson in the back seat trying to get someone to jump my car because it is dead again.

took a battery pack in to store on 3/19/2016 to have rechargeable batteries replaced. said it would be about a week. ten days later I stopped by and it wasn't ready said they had ordered some parts that would be in in three days and they'd call me when done. today, 4/22/2016 I stopped in and they hadn't even started to fix the pack. so I told them I wanted it back and would send it off for repair (there's an ebay seller that does the same thing for the same price with a three day turnaround). you'd think thunder had struck - the clerk had to call the manager to get clearance to give me back my battery pack back that they hadn't even opened - she finally did and good thing for her she didn't try to delay further or upsell . don't waste your time, not worth the hassle to buy local at this place - they really don't care about their customers so it isn't local after all just another box store.

I just went in to get a watch battery changed. The staff was not happy to help me. They were not knowledgeable and did not care to assist me in anyway. Several customers walked in after me and the staff did the same to them.
