this place is awful! Do not move into this trailer park. The road is not paved. There are huge potholes. Largest is over 6 feet long and over a foot deep.all they do is quick fix and the first rain after the holes are welcomed back!! by the way everytime we get a decent amount of rain, the sewage treatment plant backs up and we cannot flush our toilets,...sometimes for days. The owner of the trailer park is a lawyer. The trailer park was once a farmer's field. The owner did not have the property properly graded and so there are plenty of low spots that retain water in people's yards and in some places you can see where the crop rows once were. SLUMLORD!!! only worried about the check in the mail the "playground" was torn down all the attractions are not so hot now... so what you said you would do when you built it it was promised that the roads would be blacktopped... i could go on for days i thought it was a nice place now i am stuck because i cannot afford to move!
