This establishment is completely without empathy for whatever situation you may be in. My friend and I left her car for no more than 10 MINUTES and they got it hooked up and towed off. It was Mardi Gras and all the visitor parking was full, so we ran inside for a couple minutes. When we explained the situation we were met with a "tough luck" attitude. So disappointing when people look you in the eyes and all you see is dollar signs, instead of empathy and the understanding that we're all here for eachother and nothing matters as much as your fellow man.

Does this make since my son was at fast eddies a drinking establishment. His girlfriend works there. He got off of work at 10:30 pm and went to meet her at her work. He had a few drinks and when she got off at 3 am they decided it was best that he did not drive, so being responsible they left his car and she drove home in her car. This was at 3 am. So within 40 minutes according to the towing record he was towed for leaving his car. In speaking to Anybody Towing ( which in speaking to them hung up twice on me for trying to get information) told me they had spotters to tow cars and because he left he vehicle he was no longer a patron and they towed his car. $207.00 for deciding to do the responsible thing in choosing not to drive the his vehicle. They informed me it was parking for paying customer and said once he left he parking lot he was no longer a patron! This is absurd his car was towed within 40 minutes. anybody towing said they had spotters in place to tow vehicles if anyone left with out them! So no matter the reason if you had an emergency, felt you had too much to drink AT A Drinking establishment ,or God forbid had medical emergency! Don't leave your car in the parking lot!! Imagin if LaFonda's towed there patrons for all these years for leaving doing the responsible thing!!! How about no stars especially for hanging up not once but twice on a customer oh and more thing it says they accept checks or cash they demanded cash only to get the vehicle not even a debt card! This is not over!!! Your comments apprieciated!
