My customer service from Jericah was exactly what I wanted in a sales rep. I went in thinking I wanted a small SUV, and she had them ready before I got there. But then we talked sedans and I ended up in my Camille Baby!! And I love her! I sat in the driver's seat, took off and knew she was the one. Jericah then helped me get a good deal and worked diligently to ensure that. (Even though I was difficult) I'd highly recommend Jericah with Acadiana Dodge any day and I'll be back to see her in the future for my vehicle needs!! Super stoked thanks so much girl!

Bought my 3rd Ram 1500 today with Jeremy Hull. Great service, no nonsense, answers all my questions, even the ones I repeated. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and literally spent more time signing papers than agreeing on a price. Absolutely five stars...love my new Longhorn Quad Cab.

While I understand that sometimes pricing errors do happen now and then I don't understand how the price is advertised nation wide and nobody catches it until several days later when you contact them to buy the vehicle.

When I bought my ram 1500 from Keenan there was a small imperfection in the paint on the bumper that we noticed after all the paperwork was done and I was about to drive off the lot. He began trying to get the truck the next day so he could make it right IMMEDIATELY. I wasn't able to get it in till two days later but it was ready the same day and looked amazing. You can't even tell it was there. They did everything they could to do right as soon as they could. Also two thumbs up for the delivery specialist Donald. He stepped in without missing a beat while my salesman was out of the office. They made a hell of a team!!

I've purchased many cars in the last 20 years and I've always couldn't stand dealing with dealership service departments; it always seems that they don't want your business. That you're bothering them.

Brian Leblanc and the team at Acadiana took care of me and made this a positive, memorable experience. Along with an issue that I had with a rim they found some other warranty issue and insisted that I not drive in the vehicle until they had the correct parts in to do the warranty repairs. They put me in a beautiful Ram 1500 4-door 4x4 to use while my car was in the shop. The whole process was seamless and ever-so easy.

Brian will return your call every time you leave a message for him and is courteous and friendly.
