I waited to make this review to give the owner / manager a chance to call me, but they opted out entirely. I went to the Pop N Wash on Wednesday (11/6/2019) to clean my car that I had recently had painted. The facility was an unkempt disaster and as a result of that, I got what I could only assume was either white paint or some kind of white caulking goo on spots all over my car. Upon further investigation, the bay and the hoses were covered in the funk. I promptly went to the attendant who admitted that he notified the manager who didn’t bother to clean the facility or close the bay down. The attendant even admitted that the stuff was so fresh it had gotten on his clothing, but later informed me that he was told to not say anything like that because it would make the business look bad. I attempted to contact the manager and neither him nor the owner wanted to make themselves available, but I was told I would be contacted the next day, which never happened. There was a clear lack of care on the part of management and only after my angrily saying that that particular bay needed to be shut down did they shut it down. I had to use a variety of different detailing products and hours of my life that I wouldn’t be getting back to remove all the remains of the mess that is Pop N Wash off my car. I’ve even included some neato pictures of the bay and the equipment in my review. Bottom line, use Pop N Wash at your own risk or if you just don’t care about your cars.

First off, I am bios being a current employee, but I will say Pop N Wash does do as good of a job if not better in their automatic Wash on my car as their more well known competitor, Mikes. Highlights are the Bug Remover, Tire and Rim Cleaning Capabilities, and their Price.

I love Pop n wash. The owner takes more time pre washing your car than Mikes Carwash! Very friendly and excellent price!

easy and a good value...I like the tunnel wash near the mall. It does a very nice job for 5 bucks. fast and the people are nice. I do my wife's truck at the other one behind Meijer where you can wash as long as you want for $5 in the self bays.
