Sent them a custom design to print on 20+ shirts. They printed it way too big and the shirts don't look like what we agreed on.

Tried to have a high school logo and name put on the back of two stadium seats. Got lectured about how much setup there is in their process. Their price quoted was 5 times what I got the work done for at another place in town. Prices too high. Customer rep was rude.

On first contact custom service was great, but quickly went downhill. Received no call that order was complete. I called to check and they said it was ready for pick up. Went to pick up (and paid, which was obviously a mistake on my part) and it was not completed to par (sent an email of exactly what I wanted.) I was advised to leave the order and they would correct it, and deliver it the next day. A week later and no correspondence, so I called and was placed on hold and later told I would be given a call back. The next day, after still no call back, I called and was quickly advised, without getting a word in, that my order was in process and would be delivered to me this afternoon...we'll see.

Left product there for them to complete and they advised they would deliver to us the next day. The next day, after receiving no call back, I called again and was quickly advised the order was in process and would be delivered to me this afternoon (with no explanation of why there has been such a delay.) I paid for my order the first day I tried to pick them up, which was obviously a mistake on my part.

Stay Away!

This place's customer service is terrible and they have no clue what they're doing. They have been sending packages to the correct address for almost 3 years and have been asked to update the mailing address 10+ times and they still haven't done it. I don't know what is going on over there but I would love to stop receiving the wrong packages. And when I talked to the owner to fix it, he said he would correct the issue and send me a gift card for the inconvenience which I never received. I think they're scammers which I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away!

Service is so poor. Took two weeks to do one sweatshirt. And it was expensive

They do great quality work as well as have exceptional customer service! They are also involved with community events which is greatly appreciated! They get an A+++!!
