I couldn't be happier with Realty Management and Maintenance, LLC's property management of our condominium. They've consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our community is well-maintained and thriving. From prompt responses to maintenance requests to organizing community events, their dedication to creating a comfortable living environment is evident. The property managers and staff are friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. Kudos to Realty Management and Maintenance for their exceptional work in enhancing our condo living experience!

Horrible service, Ann Marie is the rudest person ever. Runs a management company and does not know how to be professional.
I would not buy any properties where they manage. Would give them minus points if possible.

If it were possible to give a zero, I would. My experience with an owner, Elizabeth, was down right abusive. If you are considering using this company... DON'T!!!!!!!! If you have to deal with them be prepared and warned. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional!
