I was grossly overcharged (about twice the price) for a jewelry item and they initially agreed to pay the difference if I provided documentation of jewelry stores and their prices of comparable items. I was then stalled with weak excuses for 6 weeks and finally told that they had decided not to make good on their promise. I am now out $2000+. Take care to comparison shop.
