I went to dollar to simply exchange some items without a receipt. None of the items I was returning were tampered or opened at all. I wasn't asking for my money back just wanted to exchange. Needless to say they could have said no and if they did that would have been fine but they said they would do it for me this one time and to go pick out the items I wanted in the exchange. From there on out they were extremely rude. The way I look at it is if you want a job these days because they are very few and far in between you should be doing it with a smile on your face especially when it comes to customer service. I was nine months pregnant and I was nothing but nice the entire time. I left the store in tears because of how rude and embarassing they were to me. I sat there and watched the lady at the register be nice as could be to the people in front of me but when I got to the register her mood completely changed... because of my experience there I will NEVER shop there again and I advise you don't either. They have another Dollar Tree on 441 In summerfield where the people are much nicer and appreciative of your business.
