I've used Crazy Bob's (aka BWC) for both business on-site repair (twice) as well as personal use (purchase new computer and data recovery). In all cases his team was superb. His technicians would not leave our office until all computers (not just the one they were tasked with fixing) worked perfectly. I have found his prices fair and his response time excellent. This is THE place to go for computer issues!!!
