I can't say enough good things about my experience with Rancho Viejo Flooring.

Their prices beat everyone's prices that I had checked on. When I came in with a sample for my downstairs flooring; I was told that they didn't carry that particular line; but they went out of their way to find it and then ordered it for me. I was a little nervous about how they would install the flooring; because of the pattern it had in it. But when they were done, it looked absolutely beautiful!! Their installers were so kind

- a pleasure to have in our home - very knowledgable - and got the job done faster than we anticipated. We then decided to have them install carpeting for the upstairs. That too turned out awesome!! I personally want to thank Duane; who was so patient with me when I kept changing my mind - Thank You!!!:)

We have, and will continue to highly recommend them.

Hard to reach after job is started, took over two times the time it should have, problems during and after job was done. Would not recommend at ANY price. Be sure to check your job no matter who you use, the workers did damage and did not understand the design. Workers did not speak english.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. THEY WERE THE BEST PRICES I FOUND AFTER 1 YEAR OF PRICE SHOPPING AND COMPARING.

MY WIFE AND I SHOPPED ALMOST EVERYONE IN SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY AND THESE GUYS WERE THE CHEAPEST AND THEIR INSTALLATION AND SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. IT IS SUCH A COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE, AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SALESMAN PRESSURE THERE. THEY ARE PATIENT, AND IF YOU MAKE A DECISION IN A DAY OR A YEAR THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THERE TO HELP. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING A GREAT DEAL AND A FRIENDLY /KNOWLEGEABLE STAFF.
