I was very excited when this school opened close to home, the facilities looked great, clean and in a great location. I was even more excited when they offered classes for 2.5 year olds as my daughter had been pretending to do ballet for a while and kept on asking when she could dance. So I signed her up even though for us it was going to be a stretch financially. We went and bought her needed attire from the school and arrived very excited for our first day. Now keep in mind this is a class for 2 /12 - 3 1/2 year olds. Well my little girl cried,she had never been in a class enviroment before. The teacher was very sweet but the owner, she was a total B*#C$ about it. She was forceful and uncompassionate to the little girls who were overwhelmed. She got mad with them if they did not point their toes etc. NOW THIS IS THE FIRST CLASS!!!

After the class she said all the kids who cried could not come back but they might have another class in Dec if we wanted to wait for that (they would call us) or we could get a refund. So we decided, against my better judgement, to wait for the Dec class. Dec came and went, no class was ever offered. So I called to ask for my refund, it was promised to be send out. I never recieved it. Now my daughter has out grown the shoes, leotard, tights and we are out $50.
