Provided by YP.comThey ruined a top that I brought in for cleaning. The chemical that was used to clean, caused spotting on the materal. The owner refused to accept responsibility for it, claiming he, "followed the directions on the tag"
I will not use their services in the furture and I urge you to do the same.

Provided by YP.comLadera Ranch Cleaners ruined a $300+ ivory, beaded sweater set and refused to take responsibily for it. I had all the tags and they treated me with distrust as if I had done something wrong. DO NOT take your clothes to Ladera Ranch Cleaners!
