been waiting 3 weeks for my garbage to be picked up...called 3 times a day being promised a truck coming out...still no truck still no garbage pick up

Customers beware!

Many times they didn't pick up our trash. They said call... We will pick it up within 24 hours. What a joke! Our can would sometimes magically end up in the ditch. They don't care were the can lands. Never received bills properly in the mail. Many times on would write out more than one check to them. The check would never be applied to my account. I messaged the main company about trash not being picked up with daily pictures. They never responded. Today our trash can was picked up. I did asked when my contract was up 2 weeks ago. Geez! Guess they don't like customers demanding them to do their job. We are not the only ones in my neighborhood leaving this company.

Customer since 2011 (they bought out a company we were with. Never any problems till they took over)

We never even got a sorry or a big well up yours. Absolutely, no pride in this company.

I cancelled today because they fail to pick up the garbage. I only have service once a week in this area and they never pick it up. In the last year I have called more times than I can count to send out a truck to dump my trash.



The neighbors love me because I always make the calls because they skip about three houses in a row.



No more! I'll pay someone else who actually provides the service that I'm paying for!

On more than 10 occasions this company has failed to pick up my trash.
