I would not recommend going to Performance Volkswagen for business of any car. The sales department and service department are never on the same page and they make it the customers problem. After buying a used car TWO months ago, the service promised on the car has still not been complete. This is also after bringing the car up to the service department SIX times. One time the car sat on their lot for almost two weeks with not a single thing done with it, because they were "waiting" on parts. Then when the parts came in they STILL didn't fix their mistake. Then they sent the part back because they waited too long to put it in the vehicle. The Service manager, Keri, she is extremely immature and unprofessional. Only answer she gives is that it isn't her problem and to talk to sales. Then will hang up in the middle of the conversation because she doesn't have answers and is frustrated. Since when is it OK to treat customers like this?!?!? My family has done many years/cars of business here, well NEVER again will another dime be spend to this company. They lost a few good potential return customers. I would recommend to go somewhere where you will be treated much better and somewhere they don't make their lack of fulfilling promises your problem!

Provided by YP.comIf you are really determined to get a Volkswagen then you can get it done, but expect the typical car dealer nightmare from this dealership. They kept me for at least two hours shuffling paperwork with handwritten, nonsensical things on it. We would seemingly arrive at an agreement and then they'd bring back a folded piece of paper from the sales office with something else on it.
They weren't rude but did have a disregard for our time. We had made up our mind that we wanted a new Rabbit and in the end got a reasonable trade-in, if not perhaps the best deal possible. The evening was complete with a fast talking "finance" guy who through high priced add on warranties in front of us. I was suddenly transported back to the 1980's and "what can I do to get you to drive this home today?" sales approach.
All in all I'd rather go to the dentist than go through that again. We probably should have walked out but they do a good job of stringing events along so that if you are serious about needing a car it will take you a lot of extra time to weed through the questionable tactics. Do yourself a favor and sell your car outright, research the fair price by getting a report from Consumer Reports web site and then make your offer. Give yourself the option to leave and by all means do so if the paperwork starts swirling.
