I contacted Rodent Guys in the fall for a squirell problem. Within a day the issue was resolved. Few days later the one-way door was removed. Squirell is back were it belongs, outside! Great customer service. They were friendly, flexible and prompt and guarantee their work.

When I discovered I had mice in house I called these guys in based on their lower prices and good reviews here. The good news is that I think the mice are gone now (we had them in 2 months ago). The 6 month guarantee is nice but I learned later that many companies offer a one year guarantee. I think it may depend on who you get from this company - the technician we got was a really nice and friendly guy, but I expected more in terms of knowledge and work performed.

Excellent job. Rodent Guys was very professional with the way the job was done. Overall the whole work was done to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend the company to any one that needs pest control services.

These are the best and staff is prompt and cleaned up the mess. Had squirrels invade my chimney. Recommend Rodent Guys be called first for critter problems and very reasonable priced.

Rodent Guys, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. They helped us remove a rats under our stairs. Set up the appointment promptly, kept me up-to-date with emails, and conducted and concluded business within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to others.

Rodent Guys came to our home and did an excellent job controlling our bed bug problem and was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I believe the problem was actually fixed after the first appointment but Rodent Guys policy of the follow-up visit is exactly what you want/need for bed bugs. We called for a wasp problem in the exterior wall of our house to the extent that wasps came in our furnace room. After unsuccessfully trying to solve it ourselves we called Rodent Guys. They came in the same day. They inspected the problem and ended up removing 6 nests in the house in a very professional manner. They explained and showed us what the problem was and how removed the nests and treated the location to avoid wasps coming again. We are very pleased that we called Rodent Guys to get rid of the wasps.

I heard horror stories about bed bugs...friends told me its impossible to get rid of them and we'd have to sell the house. We had two treatments with a 6 month guarantee. A week later, I had new bites so we called in and they held true to their promise. Came back for a 3rd treatment. It's been a few weeks and no new signs of the awful bed bugs.

After having a flood in our basement we found signs of mice. I sent a message to Rodent Guys on a Sunday, expecting to hear from them early in the week. They called back within 30 minutes and came to the house in the afternoon! They dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently. There have been no signs for the past few days and hopefully it has been dealt with.

The technician came early, removed the latrine, deodorized the area and advised me to how to keep the area unattractive to racoons. Very thankful the racoon latrine is all gone!

We had an issue with bed bugs; we approximated an infestation of about 250-500 originally. My husband tried to get rid of them but after one treatment Rodent Guys was able to get rid of them completely. Rodent Guys was kind and very informative. They did a great job. We were very happy with the service and have peace of mind now.
