Kati'e Pet Depot is a really cool place. I can always find stuff for my dogs and they really like the treats. They have stuff I can't find at Petco or Petsmart, and the store is REALLY big!

NOT PROFESSIONAL GROOMERS and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I took my poodle terrier mix there to be groomed by them.. and when we come to pick up my dog around his eyes are SHAVED down to his skin. It looks like they took a double zero clipper to his face. (It looks like it hurt) :(... with no explanation or remorse all she had to say was "your dog was difficult" we have taken our dog to MANY groomers and we have had no complaints of our dog being difficult. In fact everyone LOVES him!..Keep in mind she was supposedly a PROFESSIONAL GROOMER which clearly she was not. I understand people make mistakes and its like a bad haircut...but to MAKE someone pay for a HORRIBLE grooming and have an attitude the whole time was unappreciated and disrespectful.



We were obviously not happy and requested to talk to a manager. They said Katie wasn't there and that they will let her know and have her call us. We have yet to receive a phone call.



We will never go here again for anything or recommend anyone to this pet store. I hope this DETERS anyone from taking their BELOVED pet here for anything, especially for grooming.
