I made the mistake of selling my home to this company at the end of 2023. They did not honor the contract and pay me the agreed upon amount. They have stolen checks out of the mail that were sent to me, been very difficult to speak or deal with, and deny everything when I filled a complaint with the BBB. I have given and shown receipts and was still given the same lies. Do not make the mistake I did by trusting these crooks. The owner Kirk was the one who we made our dealings with, and he was one of the most uncomfortable people I have ever met. He had mentioned my infant daughters would be "good wives one day," and when I mentioned I was moving to Germany, he did not one, not two, but three Nazi salutes. I am still dumbfounded that someone is this comfortable showing their "true side" when speaking with customers.

Great Company to do business with. They listened to my need and met it. If you are in foreclosure, I would give them a call today.
