your tech has a lot to learn he look at the appliance took a pic and let not saying a word. he said cant touch it and left. after he left i opened it up my self and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. ill never have your company do anything. it well all be n negative remarks . by the way the appliance is runing just fine. It was not a rat it was a dead mouse. that was not the problem.
