They were mowing my yard all summer. They were due to come every other week and mow my yard. For starters, he set up to come mow my yard on Tuesdays. He never came on the same day that he set up. Sometimes it was Wednesday. One week, he didn't come at all, and I had to call and said he changed my subdivision to Friday. This was very confusing.

I have since stopped working and I have been home for two weeks. I called him today to ask when my yard would be mowed, and he said there was no money last week and I needed to find someone else and hung up on me! I didn't even get to explain that I have been home and no one has come to my door with a note or to ask for any money! This company is very unprofessional and I do not recommend!

Kyle has been mowing our yard off and on for a while, because we have had such trouble with our mower. For a long time, he did a great job and always was nice and professional. I worry that something may be going on with him because the last few times I've called, he's been very rude and hung up on us. I had called him a few weeks ago on a Tuesday to come mow at his convenience whenever he could work us in because my husband's mother has been very sick and he's been out of state for weeks caring for her, and he said he would be there Friday or Saturday. Saturday morning arrived and I called just to make sure I was on the schedule because the grass was getting a little high, and he very rudely said that no, he wouldn't be mowing my yard and hung up. I thought maybe he was just really busy, and gave him the benefit of the doubt, and got another guy to come, but when we needed mowing again, I wanted to be loyal to Kyle because he had been doing a good job for so long. My husband called him to schedule it, and he was rude to him too. He said, "No, you let your grass get too high." and hung up on him. Well, first, it wouldn't have been so high last time if he hadn't forgotten about us. And second, how about some communication? If that's the issue, all that you have to say is "I'll mow it, but it'll be $15 extra (or whatever) because it's so high, and you guys need to call me sooner next time." Very bizarre. I can't recommend him. There are lots of people who can mow grass. It's not a rare skill. And many of them will treat customers politely. I suggest you find one of them instead of Kyle. And I hope whatever's going on with him works out.

Edit to respond to Kyle's response: I don't understand. Why would leaving the money in the grill bother you? We also drove it to your house once. If it did bother you why wouldn't you just tell us how you prefer to be paid? Secondly, I can't verify the dates you're giving me, but I think you have me confused with someone else. No one has ever complained about our yard and we don't go a month in the summer between mows. All that aside, my complaint wasn't that you wouldn't mow our yard. It was that you were very rude and angry. That's just not good customer service. But again, maybe this is because you have us confused with someone else. That would explain it.

Very professional and friendly service. Reasonable prices. Fast turnaround...called Monday and got my lawn cut on Tuesday. Great lawn work and really cares to do quality work. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely use for regular lawn care.

I found this company last year, i have used 4 others, not one comes close to Kyle. He does great work. I have referred him to my friends and all of them are happy. He always leaves my lawn looking good. I love coming home and seeing how good my lawn looks. One of the best thing also. He sets up a day that i want it done. and he shows up. If he comes and i dont really need a mow, he leaves a card and lets me know he was there.....

I have used Brothers and son lawn care for three years, I am a very satisfied customer and have been. I am a little confused about the negative post concerning the "NET". I don't see Kyle being UN-professional. Kyle has always went above and beyond what my husband and i expect paying close attention to even the smallest of details. I don't see him going into a yard he isn't even mowing and bringing the net into the yard he is mowing...really? If this weird behavior would have taken place i know that he would have done anything he could to render the situation and make everyone happy. I will continue to use Brothers and sons and only hope that others will weed out the spam, give them a chance, you will be satisfied.

these guys came when i called , and gave me a good price on doing lawn and trimming the shrubs,,they cleaned up everything,and did more work and didnt charge me for it..they really do a good job , i have told several people about them and some have swicthed to them and they are very happy with these guys...i am so glad i found them

i got these guys from a friend , and they really do great work, when they are done everything is clean and looks very good. they mow,weedeat, and when they edge, it is so perfect..they really do care

HAD MY ENTIRE FRONT LAWN TILLED UP.RAKED CLEAN AND ROLLED FOR THE SEEDING OF BERMUDA. JUST DID THIS 4 WEEKS AGO, AND I ALREADY HAVE A NICE LOOKING LAWN. EVERY TIME THEY COME TO MOW THEY PULL UP A FEW WEEDS AT NO CHARGE..THESE GUYS REALLY DO CARE.THEY GO THE EXTRA STEP, JUST TO HELP OUT THANKS GUYS

one of the best local lawn care,,they are always on time and dont ever have to worry if they are coming..i do recommend this company , my lawn and the surroundings are clean when they leave...they charge a low price and do a great job...i have used other lawn care companies and noone comes close to them

i used this company and they are great they did so much extra work and wouldnt let me pay for that work.fixed my fence and removed rocks and hauled off limbs all for the price of mowing
