In 2013, I had to take my precious Jackahuahua Isis to the vet to be put to sleep as her inoperable brain tumor had caused her seizures to become unbearable. I had found the website for All-Tenn Pet Cremations and called ahead; and found out that if I had left her with the vet, the vet was going to charge me a $65 fee for “transportation”… odd, since THEY didn’t transport her, and All-Tenn didn’t charge a fee. So, ApolloTheBubbaDawg (my Siberian Husky) and I wrapped her up in a warm and pretty throw, put her in the front seat, and off to Lavergne we went.
Once we arrived, Dave met us at the door and welcomed us in. He held the BubbaDawg’s leash while I got Isis. I answered all the necessary questions and he carried her back. I could have, but it just wasn’t in me to place her in the oven. He told me I could pick her up the next day.
Lo and behold, later that evening I had a knock on my door and his son handed me a white gift bag covered with black puppy paw prints… and he said that there was no reason for me to drive all the way back for my girl, so they brought her to me. She was in the most beautiful wooden box inlaid with brass scrollwork and hearts on top… just perfect! My cremation certificate was in the bag as well. He hugged me and told me it would eventually get better in time. So wise for one so young!

This last trip was in November of 2020, when my beautiful Husky decided it was finally time to go. We had been told that he would never make it to age 10, yet he almost made it to 15. I once again called ahead and spoke with Dave. My auntie and uncle helped me load my big boy up and we headed that way for the last time. Upon arrival Apollo was placed on a rolling tray to be moved to the cremation area, and I went to fill out stuff and pay. (I had wrapped him in the same throw I had used with Isis, and it was cremated with him.) Once all the essential stuff was finished, we headed to Nashville for Uncle Ronnie’s doctor appointment, and Dave said they’d call as soon as they were finished. Timing was impeccable as we were headed to lunch and Dave’s son called and said that my baby would be ready to go home in about an hour and a half… just the right time to eat, get there, and get my baby!

One cannot find a better place to take their pets nor more caring people to help them with this final goodbye. I’m forever grateful… and I’ve passed their info to numerous people over the years. I’ll continue to do so.

Perfection, compassionate, friendly, professional, empathetic, animal lover, kind, and good prices. Highly suggested and we'll worth every penny. Thanks again Dave!

Every conversation from the first phone call to when we departed All-Tenn after having our pet cremated was professionally handled. They offered for us to look inside the incinerator and, if we wished, to be a part of the entire process. All-Tenn is an honest business and pleasant under the circumstances to do business with. I recommend to anyone looking for this service.

My baby cat died unexpectedly on 3-16-15. My husband and I HAD to go out of town for a family function. We called All Tenn because they were recommended by the emergency vet. Well when Travis showed up he starts talking about paper delivery. I was confused as to who he was. Then he proceeded to say how there were a lot of dead pets in his truck. My husband and I are crying due to the loss of our little guy and this guy could have cared less. I get that he deals with this everyday, but I am a nurse and if I spoke as uncaring as this guy did I would be sued in a NY minute! On 3-23-15 we received a call that our cat was ready to be picked up. My husband told them we were out of town and we would be there in a few days to come get him. Never did the caller state we needed to schedule a pick up. My husband and I cut our visit short and picked him up on 3-25-15. We arrived at the "office" and they were closed. So I called them because according to their own website they were open from 7A-7P. Dave Thomas answers the phone and I explained we were there to get our cat. He sighs and then states with attitude well did we know you were coming. I said no but I assumed a business would have office personnel. He stated yes this is a business. We are in the business of picking up dead pets! I told him to call me when he returned. About ten minutes get a call from Travis and he told me he would be back in the office in half hour. So my husband and I went back. After we paid, I informed him loudly that they are in the business of dealing with people in a time of grief and a little compassion would be nice. I told him the attitude by Dave Thomas was uncalled for. I also told them to update their website to reflect that they DO NOT have office hours! Why give the grieving customer attitude because your own business practices are faulty? If you love your pets, DO NOT use them. They lack compassion in your time of grief. If we did not have to go out of state I would've never used them based on the way Travis spoke when he arrived. And Dave Thomas is the most unprofessional and rude person I have dealt with in a long time. I will hopefully not need this service for a long time, but I would never ever use this company again. They made our grief worse than it already was. Shame on them.

I think the one star review from someone who didn't even use the service is pretty unfair.

After my sweet dog was hit by a car on July 3rd, not one of the other pet cremation services that appeared first in the google search results picked up my call or called us back, even though we called within business hours. All-Tenn picked up on the first ring, and by this time it was 5:00. They were so kind on the phone, and traveled from La Vergne all the way to Goodlettsville within the hour to pick our baby up. They were the perfect mix of compassionate and appropriately light-hearted (in conversation, not regarding our sweet boy's death). Every time we called (to arrange pick-up and other details subsequently), they picked up the phone. They were adamant about bringing him back home, but it was convenient for us to pick him up so we opted for that instead. I was greeted with a kind hug, a sweet certificate bearing my baby's photo, and a sweetly packed bag with Boomer's ashes in a lovely wooden chest. I was surprised to see it!

The rate was very reasonable, and while I do not recall their names, both owners were so kind and committed. I hope I never have to see them again, but I so appreciated their kind and professional approach to what is surely a difficult job.

Thank you!

These folks took care of my dog's cremation during the HOLIDAYS and sent her ashes

to me in a beautiful hand made wooden box with a memorial certificate. Their services were recommended by my awesome Vet. Dave from "All-Tenn Pet Cremations and Dr. Raines from the La Vergne Animal Clinic worked together to make a sad day less painful. They made a real difference and for that i am most grateful. I would recommend them highly. It can't be easy to be so thoughtful when a family is distraught but this company was wonderful.

Did not like! Hopefully our experience is not the normal for them, but when I spoke with the female who answered my call to inquire about cremation for my 15 year old dog, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional individual who did not seem at all concerned for our loss. I immediately had a bad feeling about the place because of my conversation with her and decided that under no circumstances would I allow them to work with my beloved dog. Subsequently, we ended up calling a lesser known company (Loyal Friends in Murfreesboro) and couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and kindness we received from them.... I would urge anyone to call Loyal Friends and skip All-Tenn altogether. Just because they've been in the area longer doesn't mean they are the better choice!
