I was in need of a stump removal company & needed service quickly. I called A+ Tree Stump & Removal because they were a local company & agreed to come out the next day. But as stated in previous review, I got a call back from the owner, David Johnson almost immediately & was being demanded to pay a $50 fee before ever coming to my home. However since I was in need of service & needed it quickly, I agreed. The following day when the crew & owner arrived. The job wasnt even halfway finished when owner, Mr Johnson, was demanding I give him a "draw" of payment. I refused due to the fact I already had to give him $50 to even show up. I noticed he was profusely sweating & almost immedately after I seen him on the side of my house vomiting. I walked back outside to watch the job be completed. I took note the crew members were at my home all day, however Mr Johnson disappeared mulitple times during the day. I over heard one crew member telling the other that David needed to stay off the "pills" cause his actions were making it look bad on the business. I did pay when the job was completed, but overall was completely upset with the customer service from the owner. A customer doesnt pay until the job is completed, Mr Johnson was more interested in getting paid. I now wish I would have seen & read the 2 previous reviews before hiring this company. DO NOT CALL A+ TREE STUMP & REMOVAL FOR SERVICE, YOU WILL ONLY BE HARASSED FOR PAYMENT APPARENTLY FOR HIS HABIT INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I used this company to cut down 2 trees. The guy was very forceful and used scare tactics to get his money the same day (within 2 hours of doing the job). I did not even have a chance to see the work done. The guy even threatened to come to my personal home. I had called him for an estimate 2 weeks prior before he returned the call. He called me numerous times to get the job. He demanded I meet and pay him that day and would not take no for an answer. No invoice was given, he would not give me his business address. NEVER use this company. I agree with the other review BAD BAD business!!
