t was very nice staff was very attentive I got shuttle service driver was very nice and polite.
Service desk employee was nice as well.

They do not pay their bills!!

Hyundai La Quinta ordered floor cleaning solution from our business in March 2014 and we did not have any problems. In January 2015, they placed another order for the same products and are now refusing to pay for what they ordered. We shipped the products via UPS and have documents showing when/where they were delivered and the employee who signed for them. We have tried contacting Hyundai several times but the calls have fallen upon deaf ears. The employees are rude and very unprofessional. We are not even given the opportunity to discuss or resolve the situation with them, we are cut off and told, “That’s right, we declined the charge.” Needless to say, we will not be doing business with Hyundai La Quinta anymore and you might want to think twice before you do.

Great, must say Eric Garcia in your service dept. without an appointment, got me in right ( thank him for me )nice young man. the work was a warranty issue and 15,000 mi. service Good job

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE! A BUNCH OF CLOWNS! ITS A JOKE. BOUGHT USED CAR, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON 1 HOUR LATER TOOK IT BACK TO THEM, THEY JUST ERASED CODE. CAME BACK ON AGAIN A DAY LATER. FOUND CAT CONVERTER TO BE FAULTY. HAD TO ORDER PART COME BACK AGAIN AND INSTALLED PART, LIGHT CAME BACK ON A DAY LATER. COME TO FIND OUT THEY REPLACED WRONG CAT CONVERTER. TOOK NEW ONE BACK OFF AND BUT ON CORRECT ONE. TOLD THEM I WANTED CAR WASHED EVERY TIME I DROPPED IT OFF FOR SERVICE. EVERY TIME I PICKED IT UP IT WAS NOT WASHED. I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THOSE FOLKS AGAIN. O YEAH I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I RECEIVED THE VEHICLE WITH PAPER THIN BRAKE FRONT PADS! AND 2 BALD TIRES. NEVER AGAIN!
