Infinity Source is another name for Econostore - located in La Puenta, CA. We spent $570 for a generator from them through eBay but it never worked. I'm 75 and due to heart surgery, had to put this problem aside. When healthier, tried to get some satisfaction from Econostore (Infinity Source) and/or eBay but the time period had expired and no one would do anything. The Owner of Econostore (Infinity Source) Kelvin Chao said to return the generator and he would repair it - but he would have to charge us. So, we returned the generator at a cost of $100. But, never heard from him. We called him and he said he didn't know what we were talking about. Also, when you call this company, they answer "hello" - not a business name. So, we spent all that money - we live off Social Security - and can't afford to lose this money but this company won't even acknowledge us. Please, don't do any business with them. They do not stand behind their word. This has gone on for close to 1 1/2 years.
