I was verbally assaulted by the "manager" here! I got there and waited 5 minutes for her to open the door as she was just staring at me and rolling her eyes at the start of the day. I made a remark that my phone (ATT always has the right time lol) had said she opened a little late and she replied that she had to "put the money in the register"- my reply was that she should have done that before 9 o clock and she started bad mouthing her staff from the night before. I think that is really trashy and asked for a managers name and number I could contact about her behavior and she then proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't give me the number, and said "prove it" I told her to calm down and I suppose since I was a lot younger than her she became very anger and told me she was refusing my service and to get out before she called the cops. To top it off she started putting her finger in my face and threw the box of eyelashes I was purchasing for a client at me. I've sent many of my clients here as well as spent thousands of dollars here throughout the years but this will be my LAST visit to this particular establishment. I went down the street to the Fairmont location where the Cashier was not only friendly but when I told her about what happened she apologized and gave me the corporate number. Very professional so that will be the only location I'll be attending from now on. Lost a lot of business La Porte Sallys!!

I went to sallys today to get some stuff for my hair. I wanted to get the ombre look. This was my first time going to this location and also my first time to try doing my own hair. The 2 women in there were very helpful. I wish i would have cought their name. My hair came out perfect and i could not have done this with out their help. I will go to this location from now on. Thanks ladies!!! You have a customer for life........
