I am a very disappointed patient..after spending hundreds of dollars for glasses for my family none of us can see out of them...after going back multiple times and being told we just need time to adjust. I see better out of my old pair

This place is extorting people, ( I am a licensed optician in NY, FL, and TX, ABO/NCLE and 3 up to date state licenses. My father went to this place and he knows nothing of optics but he went along with what they said because he thought they were right, his RX is minimal, -1.00/-1.00 +2.50 bifocal / progressive add, yet the put him in Polycarbonate, on top of that they give him a Varilux S4d progressive, a very expensive lens he did not need, nor did he ask for that. I made him a pair with a house Progressive 3 years ago, but I'm a sales rep and can't always be at my office.

Anyway this place is a racket, they extort old and young patients and insurance companies and run tests you don't need.

I reported them to the Texas Opto Association and to every vision insurance companie.

I am a new patient at this clinic and was highly impressed with the level of professionalism I found here. I have been going to opticians for 30 years and found this place to be one of the best, yet. They worked hard to find the best value for me and cost me less that the other opticians I've seen in the area with better contacts. Highly recommend.
