I thought this was a good company. They sent a tech out because the house was not cooling he said we needed a a new unit cause the coolant was out. He didn't even look for a leak said it was probably in the inside coil area but that would be an extra charge for him to look for the problem. What? I realize that our unit is being done away with it but really just pushing new units is not okay.

Finch Air Conditioning & Heating lies to their customers telling them expensive work needs to be done when it does not. Finch sent out a tech who was honest and did the work required which was a lot less than we were told. Once the tech returned to Finch he was fired because he did not lie and charge us more money. Finch does not deserve to be in business since his business is built on lies. Customers should beware of every using Finch and always get a second opinion before having any work done by Finch.
