I had this company install a new open loop system just over a year ago September. The installation was basically smooth except for a glitch in cutting through my cable line and rendering me without internet service for 5 days. The owner of this company is a knowledgeable guy, seems to know the whole of geothermal heating. I was told at the time that someone from his company would be back in March just to check the system and make sure it was running efficiently and everything was ok. No one ever contacted me for that and March went by with a no show or call. Now comes October and I called to set up a maintenance check. The piping in this open loop system needs a good flush from all the build up of iron and such and the 2 filters should be checked and or possibly replaced as I don't know how dirty they are. Bottom line is I have called 4 times now since October and given a ridiculous excuse each time why they have not been in touch with me. This post is mainly to enlighten anyone thinking of using them if customer service is important to you because you won't get any from them. Once they do your install and get their money, they seem to be done with you and then it becomes necessary to find another company to come and complete the maintenance. I am very disappointed in this company
