I had a great experience at this store. The price was great and I got exactly what I wanted. I was warned about loosing things off my laptop on several communications, but this I already knew so it was backed up. Beverly was very, very nice and business like. The guy who worked on it for me was also very careful to make sure I knew the extint of what they were doing. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Hooray I've found a new computer place if I should have problems.

By the way...they are open, they just moved a couple of doors down.
