After Hurricane Ike, my husband & I were looking for a good dependable contractor. There were so many ads in the Newspaper and so many stories about people getting scammed that we needed to be careful. I found LB1 Construction, saw it was a local phone number and called it. Mr. Bohannon came out the next day. He was very professional & very kind. We walked around and talked about what we wanted done. He e-mailed us the next day with a very reasonable bid.......especially considering we needed the complete inside of the house re-done. Mr. Bohannon told us when he could start and the time frame for finishing the house. He finished exactly when he said. He did everything we asked for & more. He did most of the work himself. He also had great ideas about color, flooring, counter tops and so much more.

Also when we would call Mr. Bohannon....which was quite often, he always answered his phone. If for some reason he didn't, he would call us back in less than an hour. That was very reassuring and helped with all the stress since we were at work and could not be there. We never worried because he was so dependable.

I have referred LB1 Construction to several of my friends, and like myself they have been very pleased.
