It's been 2 and a half years since their last review and you would think that they'd of improved, but they haven't. If anything they've gotten worse. They have one good good employee and that's the young white boy. All the other clerks are rude just like the branch manager. Honestly I don't think I've ever gone in there and seen her doing work. They don't even deserve one star, but I have to give that to them to rate them on here.

This Credit Union has the worst customer service I had ever encountered. I have been to this bank at least 5 times trying to give them a chance to improve...but no luck. Also, every time it takes a least 20-30 minutes. I'm not asking for much..friendly and quick service.
