Met Joe at the "Abilities Show" in Schaumburg IL looking for chairs for Mom. He was at the retirement community the next business day, driving at least an hour. Had to come back because of a problem (may have been operator error) and immediately replaced the chair. They provide a good product at a reasonable price and go out of their way to assure the customer is satisfied.

Used this company to put battery in wheelchair. Service person came out twice before realizing he could not put the battery in w/o a crank. The third time he came out he put the battery in. Question the guy as to rather or not it was the correct battery for the chair. he assured me it was the right battery. Two weeks later discovered it was the wrong battery. Chair would go 2 blocks and the power would drop. On top of all of this when I asked for a refund this guy wants to try to take money out for his trips. Still trying to recoup money. Don't mind paying service fee but how can you try and profit off of your mistakes. Stay away. Deal with a company that is more competent. Save yourself the headache and time.

well i was looking for powerchair for my father everywhere i looked. they the cost was so much. my father has no insurance i explain this to the owner. so he said he would contact his vendor for demo chairs, so he call me to bring my father to his store he had a brand new demo chair for me father to try out, so we did my father was so happy using powerchair,i bought it for him. the store owner sold it for only $1,300. powerchair came with warranty, and the best of all he save me over $2,500 dollars.all other stores prices where over $3,600 for the same thing.because that is the price they bill insurance companies. great service, great price, and a nice person to do business with. very honest man.
