I had a great experience dealing with Home & Hearth Caregivers and especially with Sue Ruston. They were very professional, very caring towards my mother, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them.

Horrible office, they only care about your money and if you work there I feel for you we kept our caregiver from them and they charged us $5000 finders fee after they treated my caregiver like dirt after we decided to leave the company they kept telling her they were slow and didn't have any jobs for her then they even held her paycheck and lied and told her they mailed it on a certain day but the postmark says diffrent they are all a bunch of liars LINDA is the only caring person there

My mother is in fairly decent shape for her age, but that was not the case before we had Georgeann taking such great care of her from Home and Hearth. Not only does she do the basics extremely well, but she goes way over and beyond. Exersizing every day with her, making sure she eats properly, and playing games with her for mental stimulation. I have noticed a huge improvement since we have had her....Thank you Georgeann and Home and Hearth!

After several months of bad experiences with FIVE different companies, my mother's physician had recommended Home and Hearth. Our search immediately ended. Their staff is friendly, knowledgable and honest. The communication is everything I need considering I'm not able to see Mom every day. Our caregiver, Liz is exactly the person we've been looking for this entire time. In over a year of countless faces, interviewing and company changes, I am so relieved to say we are settled and as happy as can possibly be.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the gift of Home and Hearth Caregivers. Having a family member that needs care creates many challenges within a family and you offered us a solution to many of them. Mom cant be by herself anymore, who is going to stay with her? Mom wants to stay home, where can we take her? I cant miss another event for the kids, who can I call? Because of your services we were able to keep Mom where she wanted to be until the end and continue to keep my family running at full steam. I cannot tell you the peace of mind I received knowing that someone was with Mom while I was at work and at events with my children. The quality of care offered was like having a family member I never knew I had, arrive and pick-up when I needed support the most. The quality of care given to her was superb, the kindness and gentle nature of her caregiver was gracious and patient. The loss of Mom is difficult, but we know that together with our caregiver we gave her everything she needed to the very end.God Bless You All,Lynn B.

Used their service for about 5 weeks. After 1 week, they sent a different caregiver. Twice I cancelled with plenty of notice and the agency didn't notify employees. The last employee was too busy spending time on her laptop. She wouldn't let my 87 yr old Dad watch the TV, turning it off after I left. Watch the timecards. Our caregiver tried to get me to sign at the beginning of the week. Caught her putting a day on when she was absent. Haven't used for a month now as Dad passed last month. Still waiting for my deposit refund.Sales rep is impressive, but the rest of the agency is poorly managed. Caretakers are minimum wage workers, English often 2nd language and not good, and poorly trained,

In seeking the right fit for my Mom's in home help, I had worked with over 3 home care companies. This BY FAR was the best experience. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating to my Mom (who I have to say is not the easiest patient to work with). The process of getting help at home was not an easy one but they certainly were able to make it a smooth and relatively painless transition. I have recommended them to close friends and will continue to do so.

I hired this agency to take care of my mother after she had a bad fall, and was unable to take care of herself. I was so impressed with the caregiver they sent, along with the professionalism the office showed my family. They were so understanding as far as what my mothers needs were. I used a different agency in the past, and was very unhappy with the caregiver they sent. I would recommend this agency to not only my family, but anyone looking for a caregiver for their loved one. Great company!!!

My grandmother needed some assistance at home a few times a week. When we met with Home and Hearth Caregivers they provided us with some options that fit her needs. Our caregiver was respectful and treated her with the dignity she deserved!
