I have used Tom to repair my appliances many times over the years. He has always been prompt and courteous. Tom is so knowledgeable, he usually knows what's wrong before he even arrives at my house. He has always been very efficient and proficient when completing the repair. He will only charge you if he can fix your appliance, and his rates are very reasonable.

AAA Accurate Appliance Service Inc. was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The repairman completely forgot my very first appointment and never showed up. I called as it got later and later. He finally called back and promised to come the very next day, which he did. He determined that parts needed to be ordered. However, he completely forgot to order the parts too, until I called him a week later to check on the status. After finally ordering the parts, I received a voicemail from him at the very time he was supposed to arrive to make the repairs, notifying me that the parts were on backorder. I was told that the parts would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I called and checked after 2 weeks and again after 3 weeks, and was told both times that the parts hadn’t arrived yet. I never received a proactive call during the entire process. After a month had gone by, and I hadn’t heard anything, I attempted to reach him, leaving 3 voicemails over the course of a week, and never received a call back. I have never heard from him since. He and his wife, who handles the “office,” seem to be the most inept repair company I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter, without a concern for customer satisfaction or consideration for anyone’s time. Don’t waste your time here.

I needed repairs to my refrigerator. AAA was prompt, professional and fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that asked.
