Blessed is the emotion I'm feeling..... While researching a company to purchase my hearing device from, I discovered this vendor and decided to contact them. I am so glad I did. The 2 important things, I desired, were (1) a caring individual that would be concerned about my needs, and Jill was and (2) a great price for the hearing piece I needed, I received that as well. The exam was very thorough and the ability to hear well again has been life-changing. Jill and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I just could'nt take another day of asking people to repeat what they had said to me. I received a letter in the mail from Northwest Professional Hearing and decided to go in and see what my problem was. I couldn't believe how friendly and patient they were. They treated me with understanding and explained about my hearing loss. They gave me a good examine and then explained what was needed to correct the problem. It was like going back in time, no big box atmosphere juist a calm and mom and pop type business. They are very professional and make you feel at home and they take their time with you not selling you something and rushing you out the door. I can hear perfectly now and it's such a blessing not to always feel like you missing out on something. They are truly and business to look into if you need help with a hearing problem.

My husband first visited Northwest Professional Hearing in 2004 and we have used their services since then. The audiologist did a through first evaluation, and we learned much from her about hearing loss. She also gives you a variety of options to consider when purchasing hearing aids. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Every followup visit has been positive. I highy recommend them.
