Very happy with the service! Will was at the front desk helping everyone. He was very helpful and kind. He helped my husband and I with everything we needed and very informative!! I would recommend their business to anyone! They do such a great job!

I dropped my phone and it would not turn on, so I went in best buy and got help from geek squad, along with other employees, both saying that my phone was broken for good and a repair would cost up to $700. They were of very little help and the best buy employee was very rude. However, when I went into Gaming Generations, they immediately identified the problem, and were able to fix it, for a lot less than $700. My iphone was fixed within 2 hours and the service was fast and friendly!

Game generation in Onalaska Wisconsin is highly recommend to anyone who wants excellent customer service and phone repair. I have been at other stores for i phone screen repair but no one was as quick and friendly as the staff here! Will defiantly come back!

We bought a used Xbox 360, a hard drive and a new game on Saturday evening. When we got home the harddrive didn't work. We took it back the next day and they gave us a different one. We live an hour away, so this was enough of an inconveinience and gas expense. On Thursday we were playing and it just went out - no picture, and wouldn't load a game. We are returning the whole thing and not buying another one from them. By the time we made 3 extra trips to La Crosse from an hour away, we could have bought a brand new one at Wal-Mart.
