The vet was very difficult to talk to. Could not get a straight answer. Even though he could see how upset we were, he offered no comfort and instead kept throwing out big words to confuse us even more. Our pet did not come home. We still don't know when or why he died. I wish that I had never heard of that place.

The staff is very nice and the clinic is very nice looking but the vet seems to care very little about your pets. Every time we've been there he has never addressed our pet by its name. Its is also next to impossible to talk to the vet if you have any questions about your pet's treatment. After dealing with our pet's chronic health problems and feeling like we were getting no where with treatment we went to another vet and received way better care. This place is cheap for a reason, very low quality of care.

The staff at La Crescent Animal Care is the best ever. They have cared for my cats and dogs for years. Through the good times and the bad. They have been there for us ast all times of the day and night. We know we can always count on them for loving, professional care for our four legged "family" members. The fees are fair and reasonable and they don't talk you into extavagant tests and proceedures. We wouldn''t take our pets anywhere else.
