This morning I went to the UNION 76 Station in LA CANADA, at the corner of Foothill and Alta Canyada, to put a little gas in my car. I had a couple dollars and change. I walked up to the counter and asked the service guy, EMILIO... "Can you help me count my change?" His answer, a flat "NO." I couldn't believe my ears. He literally stood there, watching me as I counted my change on the counter, without lifting a finger. When I asked to speak to the manager, he flippantly told me he wasn't in. I asked for his name, the station owner's name and a card. The customer service these days from rude 19 year olds, is just enough tomake one wonder.... Where are all the parents who are bringing up rude children??? Watching TV, on their cell phones, at the computer?? Please STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING...spend a little more time with them and teach them how to be proper, socialized individuals. PLEASE.AND EMILIO... find another line of work, my friend.
